Before I knew it, I was getting offers to join full-time e-commerce teams. I eventually joined a local health supplement brand called Agoram Bio, starting from scratch. I helped with product and packaging design, built their online store and landing pages, and managed their paid ads. Later, I also handled team building, interviewing, managing, and solving day-to-day challenges. Together, we grew the brand to over 100 orders per day.

After that, I joined a digital agency called Best Assistance, which is registered in Qatar, Morocco, and the United Kingdom, and works with clients from all over the world. That’s where I built a great relationship with my boss at the time, Mohamed, who later became a close friend. He saw my skills and experience in e-commerce and suggested that we launch our own e-commerce business in the GCC, with a focus on Qatar.

So we partnered up. Mohamed, who was based in Qatar, handled product sourcing, logistics, and customer service. I took care of everything digital: product research, ad creatives, landing pages, KPIs and performance tracking (which is how I got into Google Sheets automation). We built a fast, efficient model, stocking products locally and delivering same-day. But eventually, due to personal reasons, we went separate ways.

From there, I launched my own digital agency, Forsan Web, which is still active today. We offer a wide range of digital services, marketing support, and custom solutions including automation tools tailored to real business needs. In this phase, I expanded my skills in social media marketing, SEO, WhatsApp and email campaigns, automations, and e-com operations.

Most recently, I co-founded a SaaS project called COD Track, a powerful platform built specifically for cash-on-delivery e-commerce businesses. It helps eCom business owners manage everything in one place: orders, stores, tasks, customers, delivery companies, conversations, automations, inventory, and more. I built it based on my own experience in COD-heavy markets like Morocco and the GCC, and the real challenges my clients were facing every day.

Now, I’ve returned to freelancing under my own name, Yassine YAHYA, because I love and believe in building real, personal relationships with the people I work with. I want my clients to know who they’re working with, trust the process, and enjoy it too.
